REFUND POLICY

The Cat Field Guide is operated by Ottayil Global LLC.

Digital purchases

Our products are digital downloads. No physical goods are shipped.

Except as described below or required by applicable law, purchases are final once the purchased files or download link have been delivered. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds or exchanges.

Please review the product description and available previews before purchasing. These are educational resources; we do not guarantee a particular outcome for your cat.

Missing delivery or technical problems

If your download email is missing, a link does not work, or a purchased file is damaged or cannot be opened, contact hello@thecatfieldguide.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

We will help restore access or provide a working replacement. If we cannot provide usable access to the purchased product, we will refund the affected purchase.

Duplicate charges and incorrect files

If you believe you were charged twice for the same purchase or received the wrong files, contact us so we can investigate. We will refund a confirmed duplicate charge and correct an incorrect delivery.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the refund appears in your account.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
