This website is operated by Ottayil Global LLC, operating as The Cat Field Guide. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Ottayil Global LLC.
These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases from our store, together with the policies identified below.
2. Our products
We sell digital educational resources, including guides, worksheets and tracking materials. No physical product is supplied unless a product description expressly states otherwise.
Each product description identifies what is included. Optional products sold separately are not included unless expressly stated.
3. Educational purpose
Our materials provide general educational information. They are not a diagnosis, veterinary advice or a substitute for professional veterinary care.
Purchasing or using our materials does not establish a veterinarian-client-patient relationship. Do not delay seeking veterinary care because you are reading a guide or completing a worksheet.
We do not guarantee a particular outcome or improvement within a specified period.
4. Orders and payment
Please provide accurate contact and payment information, including an email address you can access.
Prices and applicable charges are shown before you complete your purchase. Payments are processed through the payment providers available at checkout.
If a material pricing or product-description error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund that order.
5. Digital delivery
Purchased files are delivered electronically as described in our Digital Delivery Policy.
You are responsible for having a compatible device, internet access and software capable of opening the supplied file format.

6. Permitted use
Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the purchased materials for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may keep copies on your own devices and print worksheets for use within your household.
You may share completed worksheets, incident records and tracking records with your treating veterinarian or veterinary team for your animal’s care.
This permission does not allow general redistribution of the guide or blank templates.
7. Restrictions
Unless we give written permission, you must not:
• Resell, redistribute or give away the purchased files or blank templates.
• Upload them to shared drives, websites, groups or file-sharing platforms where others can obtain them.
• Reproduce substantial portions for public distribution.
• Sell modified versions or incorporate the materials into a commercial product, course, membership or service.
• Remove copyright or ownership notices.
These restrictions do not limit uses permitted by applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
Our original content is owned by or licensed to Ottayil Global LLC. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property.
Referenced publications, trademarks and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. References do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
9. Refunds
Our Refund Policy explains when refunds and other remedies are available. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
10. Website use
You must not use our website for unlawful or fraudulent activity, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or infringe another person’s rights.
