DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

Digital products only

The Cat Field Guide sells downloadable digital products. No physical books, printed worksheets or other physical goods are shipped. There are no physical shipping charges.

How you receive your purchase

After successful payment, a download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Use that link to download the files included in your purchase.

The product description explains which files are included. A separately sold product is not included unless it is expressly listed as part of your purchase.

Delivery timing

Delivery is normally automatic after successful payment. Payment verification, email filtering or technical issues can sometimes delay access.

If your download email is missing

• Confirm that your payment was completed.

• Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.

• Check the email address entered at checkout.

• Contact hello@thecatfieldguide.com with your order number if you still cannot access your purchase.

Device and software requirements

You need an internet connection, a compatible device and software that can open PDF files. Printable resources can be printed for your personal use, subject to our Terms of Service.

Billing information

Checkout may request billing information for payment processing, tax calculation or verification. This does not mean a physical product will be shipped.

Delivery problems

If a link or file does not work, contact us for assistance. Remedies for missing delivery, incorrect files and unusable files are explained in our Refund Policy.
